• Withdrawal into fantasy worlds.
• Sexual promiscuity.
• Not wanting to go home.
• Poor or deteriorating peer relationships. The abuser tends to try to keep the sexually abused child socially isolated from other children.
• Unwillingness to participate in physical / recreational activities.
• Fear of adults.
• Siblings jealous of child chosen by parent.
• Blurring of generational lines.
• Parent often alone with one child.
• Favoritism.
• Overly protective parent + try to isolate.
• Sudden onset of anxiery, fear, depression.
• Social isolation.
• Truancy.
